Digital Archivy’s Contact Information helps clients set their record straight. We do this by analyzing data sets, researching archival content management systems, and making strategic recommendations related to People, Process and Technology.  As a result, we have learned that the best solutions address specific circumstances, needs, goals, and requirements. We work with clients to make recommendations that help stakeholders understand objectives, recognize improvements, and make plans for future enhancements. From analysis and conversations with users, we help create strategies and plans with a road map, timeline and budget. Then we search for holistic solutions that are cost-effective, scalable, sustainable, and user-focused.

It all begins by asking a few questions:

  • Is your content arranged and described effectively?
  • Do you know the Volume and Variety of what you have, where it is, and how to get it?
  • Who are your users and how do they find and use assets or information?
  • Can you see the forest for the trees or are you making a mountain out of a molehill?

I have valuable experience working with publicly-traded corporations, private companies, academic institutions, governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations and foundations, as well as. religious instituions, individuals and families. By building on our archival knowledge and familiarity with other archives, standards, and best practice, Digital Archivy provides expertise and advice, as well as hands-on archival services and consulting work. As a result, the work improves physical arrangement, intellectual control and increases access. Our solutions are effective, efficient, consistent, and scalable. Most importantly, we make your information more valuable and less vulnerable.
